Piraeus on June 26, 2006. IMO 9208679. She runs on the Piraeus - Chios - Mytilene route.
She was ordered already in 1999 by Strintzis Lines, Piraeus from Hellenic Shipyards, Skaramanga, Greece, being the yard's first order for a ferry in 15 years. After some delays Strintzis called the whole deal off in July 2002 when she was completed up to the 5th deck. In August 2004 the hull was sold to Hellenic Seaways, Piraeus and completed in September 2005.
