Another Great Lakes fitted bulker with glorious history. She was built in Hakodate for late Thrassyvoulos L. Voyazides (Transmarine Shipping Services, London and Rex Maritime, Athens, Greece). She kept with the company for about 35 years... A proof of how Greek seamen maintained and operated the ships as if they were their own. Today the company is run by Thrassyvoulos' son Leonidas. Thrassyvoulos' daughter Alexandra has set up her own company Alexandria Shipping, Athens owning a few bulkers.
