Dear Rogério,

I believe this is another of Noble Drilling's drillships. She is named "Noble Roger Eason". She is on long term drilling contract for Petrobras. More details here:

She was upgraded in 2004. She was upgraded, and also got a bow-mounted helideck (which she does not have in your picture or the picture on the above RigZone link):
