The Russians haven't decided yet how to spin the outbreak of fire/explosion. Too embarrasing for the enemy to have succeeded; but almost as bad if it wasn't UKR. MOSKVA was the Flagship of the Black Sea Fleet, and just 18 months out of a major mid-life refit.
