Gdańsk Shipyard finally started to build them also for Polish Ocean Lines.
Five B-438 type ships were assigned to North America line. Next three supposed to strengthen Far East line, however the last of them was sold before being completed. Next three were built specially for export to Ecuador and Brazil.
