One small correction to make: this ship's flag state is Dominica [not the Dominican Republic].
Dominica is a small island in the Leeward Islands chain in the eastern Caribbean; the Dominican Republic is the eastern part of the island of Hispaniola which is some 700km or so to the northwest.
