There were some two dozen kiteboarders out there today, they only go out in strong wind as their boards don't float and need the speed to stay on the surface. Low wind=no speed=sinking :-)

From the angle of this photo, the bulker looks like (only "looks like") it is not more than 20-30 m away from the beach; :XD
