Yd 1728 is IMO 9759240

I've passed by Sakaide during my recent trip to Japan; "Enshu Maru" has got a younger sister, "Shinshu Maru", while "Marvel Eagle" is probably the hull number 1728, for the hull number 1729 is "Marvel Pelican", IMO No. 9759252.

I imagine that ENSHU MARU is Kawasaki hull 1720 - IMO 9749609 - sister to BISHU MARU.

Does anyone have further information on these two vessels?
I have searched through all my sources, including using mapping applications around Sakaide, Japan without result. I wonder if names have been changed even.
