Hello, Mr.Patalavaca. Thanks for photo. Bolshoi port St.Petersburg - it's mean this vessel has registration in Russian International ship register of port St.Petersburg(same like NIS or etc.) instead Russian Ship State register. The ship there was a fire in August.
