Meanwhile, this may be the answer to the problem over the date: although the registers (including the Greek one) have 1975 for the change of name, I found this in "Itzehoer Schifffahrtschronik" by Herbert Karting "In 1962, Peter Döhle, Hamburg [as in the PWR photo], was the next to manage the vessel, which sold the WAGRIEN in June 1968 to Captain Hans Kühl from Itzehoe. When in 1974 a newer ship offered for sale, which in turn received the name WAGRIEN, he sold his former one to Greece. Here it belonged to the shipping company G Karlovitz & G Papadopoulos in Piraeus, initially called THEOXENIA II"
This puts the sale in 1974. It is possible that the ship was briefly under another flag (or stayed under the German flag) before reaching Greece - or that only on arriving in Greece did the owner find that could not use the intended name THEOXENIA as there already was one, so hurriedly adding "II". Just ideas!

She has an identical profile (matching in Deutsche Handelsflotte 69/70)
Also the foto of PWR proves the same.
THEOXENIA (IMO5251628) has a very different profile !

I have solved the mystery !
I found this morning in an old family album ,a 1974 pic of my daughter on the wharf , just in front of the ship where we can read perfectly her name on the bow : Theoxenia . As a family pic I can't add it on the site to confirm .
thanks to all for your interest about my picture

Yes, from this angle she seems to be THEOXENIA II. But then, maybe the photo date is wrong ? THEOXENIA II was only active under that name for a short time in 1975 and quickly renamed FILOTHEOS.

Could she be THEOXENIA (IMO5251628), launched on 1942 as naval trawler and rebuilt in 1952 ? I cannot find pics after conversion.
