It looks that problem arose because of casualty with ship's crane No 3 boom of which probably fell down causing damage on port side of superstructure (the crane under repair on photo)

I sailed that vessel in 2006 when she was named CSAV Rio Lontue. North EU ports to ARG/BR ports. Was a nice trip and good charterer.
