Gentlemen I am deeply ashamed that did not recognise my own home port Amsterdam, of course the Amfert (Amsterdam Fertiliser) still there today and thriving (owned by Israeli interest with their own mines)

David, I have been researching that name, and variants, with no joy yet. The berth has some strong similarities with Amsterdam Bulk Handling B.V.

Cannot recognise the tug on the right, but there is a building with a sign over the stern with something like "amterl" or "emtert"

Seems to be flying a red, white and blue horizontal tricolor as the courtesy flag.
Could it be in Amsterdam?

Which port ? anyone ?
