In 1942 she was purchased by the US navy and became ASQUITH (YFB-429).
In 1947 she resumed service as GOTHAM again.
In 1965 she was sold to Port Authority Ferry Co., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and renamed DELAWARE.
In 1978/79 sold to Venezuela and renamed GUAIQUERI.
And as she is still listed with IMO.org and Equasis.org she's probably still in service in 2022...
