Viva Energy who operate in Geelong and Port Jackson are the drivers of this. The demurrage costs of waiting for the Svitzer tugs to have their 10hr breaks between ships means that another (less unionised??) player gets a go . . .

The Engage media releases mention only Geelong and Port Jackson for its new operations.

I wouldn't have thought there would be enough traffic in Port Jackson to support two operators, are engage also doing work in Botany?
