Apparently AMAZON CHIEFTAIN has been at that berth for well over two years.
6/2016 PSC inspection listed no less than 76 defects - put under detention but will only leave for the scrapyard it seems.

It's nore than possible. Amazon Cheiftain's last position on AIS satellite view is exactly as we see in the photo - tied up alongside the two military vessels at Ilha de Mocangue
