Description:
The 1953 Bremerhaven built research vessel POLLUX, operated by Neptun Dampfs.- Gesellschaft of Bremen, is seen in the Kiel Canal at Brunsbüttel on 24th June 1969 heading for the North Sea. She had been converted for research in 1967.
Later: 1975 ORIENTAL SURVEYOR
She was scrapped at Hong Kong in January 1983
