Description:
The 1951 Lübeck built, Greek owned, LISSAVO is seen passing Gravesend, outbound from London for Canada, on 26th August 1969. Managed by Grecomar Shipping Agency, in 1971 she was renamed FAY II in line with their usual naming policy.
EX-IRELAND-67 (Currie Line Ltd), I.W.WINCK-54
As FAY II she was wrecked off Benghazi port on 24.2.74 during a voyage from Piraeus to Benghazi with a cargo of bagged cement.
