Description:

A rare photograph of P& O Strath Services' short lived STRATHINVER, the former GALWAY. She is seen on her first voyage, sailing from an east coast U.K. port (now assumed from London) for Karachi and Bombay, having been renamed on 19th June 1975.

It is interesting to note that she appears to be flying the houseflag of Trinder, Anderson's Australind Steam Shipping Co.

Any comments on the location or houseflag would be appreciated
