I might be mistaken, but in my opinion, this vessel was not built in 2008 but several years before.
The detail I rely on, is the open life boat. As far as I kmow, that type of life boat was allowed only up to mid 80s.
The picture taken by Foggy, on the other hand, shows a newer vessel which could indeed have been built in 2008, but it seems to me that is just another ship with the same name.
Any opinions are wellcome.
