PRINSES MARGRIET and sister PRINSES IRENE were built for Oranje Line / messr. A. Veder, for trade to Canada and the Great Lakes, with about 110 passengers. However entered to late the passengertrade, PRINSES MARGRIET was later on charter to Holland America Line. Later sold Local Government Council of Nauru as ENNA G. PRINSES IRENE ended her life as pelgrim vessel TJUT NJAK DHIEN, hull now rotting away on a beach in Indonesia.
