RRF roro CAPE RACE is shown being backed into the Elizabeth River on September 22, 2006. She and her two sisters are seen most of the time neatly laid up at Portsmouth VA but on that morning all three left on an undisclosed mission. I only witnessed the departure of CAPE RACE as the others had left prior to my arrival on the scene.
