Good day to you, Emmanuel. I must apologize that my query was not clearly highlighted. Actually I was curious why only the small crane have red lights while the other 2 bigger cranes comes with white lights. In anyway, I have found the answer in another daylight photo which I spotted there's a helideck near the small crane, which explained the reason to avoid "blinding effect" to the helicopter pilot during landing if white lights are fitted. Thanks.

That small crane is for bringing and lowering supplies etc to or from supply vessels, you can see one moored just beneath this crane.
