Description:

More than a year ago, I have stated that she was "soon to be delivered"...

When I saw her today, still at Hyundai Heavy Industries, I had a nice long reflection on my reliability as a information source... :)

With the propulsion system and dept required it will be hard to use, require almost 10 meter under keel,
thrusters alone is more that 4 meter below hull bottom. Further the speed will be to slow for any cruise, max out at about 10-12 knot on a good day
cabin capacity is 801 pax where most is 2 and 4 man cabins

@Westley: no, she was cancelled by Østensjø

Thank you for your comments. Ralph, they would need to change her cabins and other facilities a bit, as she is now fit to carry 500 people (or so I've heard), but her uncommon look would indeed make her an interesting expedition cruise vessel... :)

Cheers

Maybe they wanted to delay the delivery and now they found a charter? Any other reason don't know

I wonder what will happen to her. She would make a nice conversion to an expedition cruise ship.
