Now solved with David's assistance.

Anchor handling tug & supply vessel.
One of the 'Bourbon Liberty 300 series, of which I think there were twenty built.

Completed on 25/05/2015 by Zhejiang Shipbuilding Co., Fenghua, China (ZJ4013)

'Bourbon Explorer 513'.

A mystery Bourbon vessel.

Thanks v much for the info David.
You are spot on with the vessel.

I am sufficiently persuaded to confirm that it is the ship you suggest.

Comparing with other available photos, especially Emmanuel's , I have found three identifying features which match exactly:
1) On the after starboard end of the boat deck, a coloured punchbag is lashed to the railings of the deck above.
2) On the extreme starboard aft end, in way of the fairlead, the white/grey staining shape matches exactly.
3) The aftermost bulwark on the working deck has a primed uppermost part in grey paint, and is unfinished.

There are other points, but three will do!
Thanks again.

No guarantees, but I think that BOURBON EXPLORER 513 (IMO 9654282) was at Las Palmas 12-14/11/2018

If not it is another of that series BOURBON EXPLORER 501-519. Looks like a St Vincent flag, so one of 504, 506-508, 510, 512-513, 515-516, 518-519. Good luck!
