Rare discharge point -IMO#7610464- seen at the Lehigh dock in Providence,RI,10-26-06. This ship frequents Providence. She comes in about every other week and has done so for many years. However she usually discharges at the St. Lawrence dock just North of this one. The agent told me that St. Lawrence was too full so they ended up selling whatever was left in Bardu to Lehigh. It was nice to see this regular visitor at a different location.
