I am sorry, but I have to disagree with the change of this ship to bulk carrier, these ships were built as general cargo ships, multipurpose, very useful at that time. due to the great variety of cargo that arrived in Chile, many of which were of a large volume impossible to stow in containers.

How do I know? Because I was an inspector for some years of this type of ships.
