I will remove it after identification is, hopefully, made.

Unknown date and location; possibly between 1965 and 1971.
The name is of five characters, which do not seem to be Japanese characters.

The funnel is red, with a thin black horizontal band mid-height, intersected by a white/light coloured triangular symbol with a single black letter within it.
