Three sister ships : MUNKSUND , HOLMSUND , TUNADAL.
1997/98 I served on board of TUNADAL - renamed to ABITIBI JOHN CABOT . Originally in service between Sweden (Bay of Bothnia ) and England ( Thames ).
Later on chartered by Abitibi Consolidated . Some few months in servive between Newfoundland (Bootwood , Stephenville ) and Liverpool , Terneuzen .From the October 1997 sent for loading newsprint to Dalhousie (New Brunswick ;CA) . Cargo delivered to destination ports of San Juan ( Puerto Rico) and Puerto Limon (CostaRica ) - Still te same charterer . From December 1997 changed charterer to Star Shipping . The vessel was transfered to new trade area - between Dalhausie N.B. ( East Canada ) and Brazil ( Receife , Rio de Janeiro , Santos ), After some few trips for Star Shipping the vessel was sold and served for new owners as m/v MARINETTE .
