Most probably, Pieter, as Google Maps currently show her older sister on the skid at Zvezda shipyard at Bolshoy Kamen in Ussuri Bay, Primorski Region.
I see they are using the same Korean technology for construction of ships on a platform, and then launching them using a floating dock.
