Description:

For the numerous fans of the Peters designs, here is the Caroline Graebe entering the New Waterway at the Hook, early eighties. The shot was taken three seconds too late otherwise the superstructure would have blocked the view on the radar antennas in the background.

Why not open a thread in the Shipping News & Information Forum to list these ships? If they show the IMO, that can be linked to the relevant photos on site. I'm sure that if these variations had specific design codes, someone on here will know as well as yard numbers.

Wish someone would gather all ships of this style built by that yard...
There would be:
- vessels with 1 tier of windows under the bridge, leaning superstructure front.
- vessels with 1 tier of windows under the bridge, leaning superstructure front, bridge slightly raised like on above ship.
- vessels with 2 tiers of windows under the bridge, leaning superstructure front.
- vessels with 3 tiers of windows under the bridge, leaning superstructure front.
- vessels with 2 tiers of windows under the bridge, vertical front (some of them soon were lengthened & superstructure raised on one deck - like CORONEL & CRANZ).
- vessels with 3 (if not mistaken) tiers of windows under the bridge, vertical superstructure front, poop deck extend after the superstructure for additional deck cargo space.
