Here's a rare bird on this site. I photographed the US Navy GEARING-class destroyer U.S.S. WILLIAM C. LAWE (DD-763) while the ship was downbound in the St.Lawrence Seaway South Shore Canal just above the Côte Ste.Catherine lock on August 23, 1982 following a fresh water cruise on the Great Lakes.
