WELCOME TO SHIPSPOTTING.COM
Description:
The Trosvik yard in Norway delivered the 5300 DWT chemical tanker STAINLESS SUPPLIER in 1975 (#112) She was soon renamed BRAGE PACIFIC and then in 1986 she was taken over by RSM (Rotterdam Ship Management) and renamed DIEZE (a 5 km long "river" in Northern Brabant). She is shown here at anchor in the Caland Canal, 1986. RSM faltered soon after and the ship became SOLEN I in 1987. Subsequently renamed TIGER RAG (90), CHEMICAL CHALLENGER (92) STAINLESS GLORY (93) and then in 1995 she became HAMILTON I.
She was laid in Greece in 2008 and abandoned. There are shots on the site of her as recent as 2015, but can we assume that by now she has been towed away?
