jaybird25: It's not possible to fold it down. This is a Flettner Rotor that rotates along its longitudinal axis and generates lift similar to an airfoil.

What is that is that a permanent structure an exhaust/antena/dose it fold down when not used or dose it lower down through the ships hull into the water or on to the deck it looks weird certainly would not miss that coming toward's you there would be no hiding
