The 1983 Oltenita (Romania) built Proj.1743 type KHAZAR STAR 2, although still Russian owned, managed by Palmali of Istanbul, is seen loading a cargo of grain at Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône, near Fos-Marseille, on 19th February 2004.
