Length over all 143.5 m; breadth 18.4 m;
built 1958 by Flensburger Schiffbau-Ges., Flensburg, for ‚Nordstern‘ Reederei GmbH, Hamburg; she was trapped in June 1967 in the Great Bitter Lake (Suez Canal) during the Six-Days-War, where she stayed for almost eight years; on 24th May 1975 she returned to Hamburg; 1979 sold to Greek owners, being renamed RODANTHI A. and afterwards CENTAURUS; 1985 broken up;
the photo shows her after the arrival from the Bitter Lake in May 1975; scanned from color slide;
