Built 1969 as *Taga Maru* at Saiki by Usuki Tekkosho, hull no. 1113, for Usui Kaiun KK, Shiogama. 94.01m x 15.7 x 8.08; 2991 gt, 1956 nt; 6-cylinder Kobe-Hatsudoki-Seizosho Diesel, 450mm x 750; 3800-bhp.
Later *Union Carrier* (1976) and *Marina del Sur* (1984). Foundered 17 August 1984 at 5.48N/125.54E.
