Launched 19 August 1975 at Saizaki by Koyo DYCoLtd. as hull no. 713 for Pan Asia Marine Co., Ltd., Tokyo. 164.9m x 22.79 x 14.58; 15549 gt, 9067 nt; 18-cylinder Pielstick Diesel, 400mm x 460, built by Ishkawajima-Harima, 11700-bhp.
Later *Caravel Star* (1984) and *Pal Pal* (1986). Broken up at Masan, 1987.
Shown 9 October 1977 heading out the Calumet River, Chicago, Illinois, USA.
