Remarks:
- Nearly collided with ships, which were anchored at Meedem Anchorage near Cuxhaven, Germany (19/07/'06). Anchored ships observed Siegfried Lehman steering strangely and on dangerous courses on River Elbe. Ships at anchorage, while taking bunkers, had to lift anchors to avoid collisions. Siegfried Lehman collided with buoy and became entangled, but managed to free after some time. Police entered ship and found Estonian captain intoxicated (drunk). Captain resisted violently when arrested.
