Description:

The SD14 type ALIADRIKNI is seen berthed at Rotterdam in 1990

Ordered by Greek owners as ARCADIAN PRIDE, she was delivered by Austin & Picksergill at Sunderland in 1972 as NATAL for the period of a time charter to German liner operators DAL Deutsche Afrika Linien.

Following the end of the charter in 1977 she was renamed JOCASTA before being sold the following year to German owners linked with John T.Essberger and renamed TIBATI under the Singapore flag.

In 1984 she was briefly renamed TOPEGA before being sold in 1985 to Panama flag operators and renamed ALIADRIKNI, managed by Holbud Ltd, a company with Saudi connections

In 1995 she was sold to Dubai based interest and briefly traded as HARMONY BREEZE until arriving off Alang on 21st May 1997 for beaching and breaking.
