Description:

There was a time when Sietas built more than just containerships, this example, still in active use, being a testament to their quality.
The Eberhart Essberger was built in 1986 (#955) for the account of John T. Essberger, a company that now operates the largest European small size chemical tanker fleet.
In 1995 she was renamed EBRO, just to revert to her original name 13 years later. In 2012 she was sold to Russian company, renamed PELEY and still active in the Far East.

Here during her first stint as EE, when here name was still painted in black, on the way out from Rotterdam around 1987.
