Scindia Steam Navigation's 1956 Visakhapatnam built JALAVISHNU, which had been lengthened in 1962, is seen berthed on Avonmouth's West Wharf exactly fifty years ago today, on 19th February 1971, during a voyage from Madras to Avonmouth, Liverpool and Antwerp.
