Greenpeace have the blessing of the GB Govt. to drop boulders in all the conservation areas around the British coastline. 41 new areas since Brexit. Not only the North Sea. Every boulder is charted on marine maps. Commercial fishing is banned in these areas so not hindering but preventing.
