I'm wondering if your picture was taken on 3rd August 1974. That was the first time that she called there under Soviet ownership. Later on (I'm not exactly sure when) both she and her sister, Fedor Shalyapin, acquired a blue hull stripe.

This picture cannot have been taken during the 1960s. The first voyage of the former Carmania, for her Soviet owners as Leonid Sobinov, began in February 1974.
