The 1957 Bartram, Sunderland, built ANNA MARIA S, owned by D.P. Simatos of Athens, is seen passing Rozenburg inbound for Rotterdam from Bangkok on Sunday 5th December 1971.

On 20th May 1978, during a voyage from Gdynia to Tripoli with a cargo of bagged sugar, ANNA MARIA S was wrecked 15nm south west of Bornholm, a Danish island north of Germany.

ANNA MARIA S was soon condemned for breaking and arrived at Hamburg under tow on 13th September 1978 for that purpose.
