The 2019 Onishi (Japan) built bulk carrier LOWLANDS ANGEL is seen from New Brighton yesterday evening swinging in the River Mersey to stem the tide for her approach to Langton lock, Liverpool, on arrival from Reydarfjordur (Iceland) to load a cargo of scrap metal.
