Close north of Puerto Eden in Canal Messier 'Captain Leonidas' sits atop Bajo Cotopaxi - so named for the PSNC ship Cotopaxi which found the Bajo - aka 'shallow bit' - in the 1800's
Sitting atop a subterranean peak surrounded by very deep water the Armada de Chile decided to put a light on her.
The Armada de Chile has two parts... them in charge of lights and them with the guns. I think the former should speak to the latter..
