Built in 1870 at Skonevig/Norway (shipyard unknown) as sailing cargo vessel she was also operated on a regular service between Bergen and the Lofoten Islands. In 1935 the first engine was installed and in 1976 she was sold to Germany as pure motor vessel. Subsequently re-rigged again for use as commercial cargo vessel until 1988. In the next years she was fully restored at Lübeck/Germany and at the Ring-Andersen Shipyard at Svendborg/Denmark and operates as passenger vessel on the Baltic since.
