Well Denis, im not sure as well, but it could be a set of half shells to built the tower of a wind turbine... (or a silo?) Maybe - well the diameter would be rather huge for a tower - Kind regards Marc

Interesting what are they hoisting? Looks something that assembles into a cylindrical structure. Parts of a silo?
