Of these frigates, three were sold to the Chilean Navy with one handed over on Nov 22 of last year at Devonport.
The three frigates are the HMS Norfolk (renamed Almirante Cochrane and handed over last year), the HMS Grafton (will be renamed Almirante Condell), and the HMS Marlborough (will be renamed Alkmirante Lynch). These ships will replace all Leanders class frigates still in service in the Chilean Navy.

Quick update: this is HMS AGRYLL (F 231) of the Royal Navy (UK), below is quote from their diary:
"9th Oct 2006
Royal Navy in £60m Drugs Haul
The Royal Navy has made a major drugs haul off the coast of West Africa. Two tonnes of cocaine were found in a 260 ton unregistered vessel, with a UK street value of some £60 "

Looks like Type 23 frigatte of the British Royal Navy, could that be of of those already sold to one of South American navy?
