Facepalm, I forgot to look at my pre-2000 built tankers. The Chem Peace was there, readily available.. Captain Ted, I will change the name of the photo to CHEM PEACE, because that was how she was named when you took the shot.

Thanks all for the help. She looks same as the SALUTE LEGEND and a picture of the SINO ENERGY 1 too. I changed the datas to that ship.

Try 9174622 D'Amico tanker having names High Wind, Sino Energy 1, CHEM PEACE from 25th July 2019 to Salute Legend from 15th Sept 2020.

Further studying gave the following. It is most likely one of the STX built 50000 DWT ships, and perhaps the name should be read as HIGH COURAGE, which is now trading as World Courage, a name she adopted roughly five months after this shot was taken. However, a shot of the High Courage from September 2020, is still showing her in full d'Amico livery so this one can be ruled out. There was also the HIGH PEACE, but she was name PVT DOLPHIN back in 2008 and Kurushima built, she looks distinctly different. Summarizing...?????

The indicated IMO does indeed not match with this ship. It looks like a recently renamed D'Amico tanker, (names starting with CIELO or HIGH) where the funnel marks were painted to create a full yellow unit, with a blue top. The name looks to be correct.
